At SD Strategy Lab, we aim to provide exceptional consulting, strategy, and business support services. Because our work involves time, expertise, and personalized deliverables, our refund rules follow clear and fair guidelines.
1. General Policy
All refunds are handled in accordance with this policy.
By purchasing any service or product from SD Strategy Lab, you agree to these terms.
2. Consulting Sessions, Workshops & Strategy Calls
Due to the nature of professional consulting:
Non-refundable after completion
Once a session, consultation, meeting, or workshop has taken place, it is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Before the scheduled session

Cancellations made 48 hours before the appointment: 100% refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before: no refund.

“No-show” (you do not attend): no refund.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment once, up to 24 hours before the session, at no extra charge.
3. Digital Products (Templates, PDFs, Guides, Downloads)
Digital items delivered via email or download link are:
Non-refundable
Once the file is delivered, opened, or accessed, no refunds are provided.
If you experience technical issues with the file, you will receive a replacement file at no cost.
4. Strategy Documents, Audits & Done-For-You Work
These services include but are not limited to:

Digital presence audits
-
Marketing plans

Pricing strategies
-
Business models
-
Operational frameworks
-
Strategic reports
These services are non-refundable once:

Work has begun, or
-
The first draft/outline has been delivered.
Because these are personalized and require significant expertise, time, and preparation, refunds cannot be issued after work has started.
5. Custom Packages & Retainer Agreements
For multi-session packages or monthly retainers:

Upfront payments for packages are non-refundable once the first session or deliverable is provided.

Retainer fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable, even if you decide to stop the collaboration.

Unused sessions in a package may be rescheduled but not refunded.
6. Duplicate Payments or Billing Errors
If a billing error or duplicate payment occurs:
✔ 100% refund will be issued immediately.
✔ Refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
7. Technical Issues
If a technical issue (e.g., failed file delivery, broken link, payment error) prevents you from accessing your purchase, SD Strategy Lab will:

Provide a corrected file

Re-send the product

Or offer credit towards another service (if needed)
Refunds are not provided for technical issues that can be solved.
8. Dissatisfaction With Results
Our services are based on professional expertise, but results depend on:

External factors
Therefore, we do not offer refunds based solely on dissatisfaction with business outcomes, performance, or results.
