4. Pricing & Payments

  • Some services may require a custom quote after a scoping call or intake form.

  • Payments can be made via:

    • Wix Payments

    • Stripe

    • PayPal

    • Bank transfer

Payment must be completed before delivery of any strategy document, workshop, or consulting session unless otherwise agreed and confirmed in writing.

5. Booking & Cancellation Policy

5.1 Booking

When booking a service, you must complete:

  • The booking form

  • Any intake questionnaire

  • Payment (if required upfront)

A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is approved.

5.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before a session are fully refundable.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before are non-refundable.

  • You may reschedule once, up to 24 hours before the session.

  • If you do not attend ("no show"), the service is considered delivered and no refund is given.

5.3 Late Arrival

If you arrive late to a session, it will still end at the scheduled time.

6. Refund Policy

Because consulting is a time-based, expertise-based service:

  • Completed sessions, workshops, and audits are non-refundable.

  • Digital products (ebooks, templates) are non-refundable after delivery.

  • Refunds may be offered only in cases of system error or duplicate payment.

7. Client Responsibilities

By working with us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete business information

  • Complete any requested forms or documents on time

  • Communicate respectfully and clearly

  • Implement recommended strategies at your discretion

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information.

8. Results Disclaimer

SD Strategy Lab provides strategic guidance.
We do not guarantee specific financial results, revenue increases, or business outcomes.

Your results may vary based on:

  • Implementation

  • Market conditions

  • Budget

  • Business operations

  • External factors

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided—strategies, templates, reports, frameworks, presentations, videos—are the intellectual property of SD Strategy Lab.

Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid for the service.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or functionality of external websites.

We will not disclose client information except:

  • To service providers under strict confidentiality agreements

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Greek Law.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Heraklion, Crete, unless otherwise agreed.
