Welcome to SD Strategy Lab ("we", "our", "us").
By accessing or using our website, booking services, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the site or purchasing any service.

1. About Us

2. Use of Website

By using our website, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate, current, and truthful information

  • Will not use the website for any unlawful, misleading, or harmful purpose

  • Will not copy, scrape, reproduce, or distribute any website content without prior written permission

3. Services Offered

SD Strategy Lab provides professional consulting and advisory services, including but not limited to:

  • Business consulting and strategic advisory

  • Strategy development and business analysis

  • Digital presence and marketing audits

  • Workshops, coaching calls, and implementation sessions

  • Strategic documents, templates, frameworks, and resources

Services may be updated, modified, added, or discontinued at any time at our discretion.

4. Pricing, VAT & Payments

  • Prices for services are listed on the website or communicated via proposal or written agreement.

  • Certain services may require a custom quote following a scoping call or intake process.

  • All prices are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

VAT & Taxes

  • VAT is applied in accordance with Greek tax law.

  • For EU business clients with a valid VAT ID, VAT may be reverse-charged in accordance with Article 44 of Directive 2006/112/EC.

  • For non-EU clients, services may fall outside the scope of Greek VAT.

Payments

Payments may be made via:

  • Wix Payments

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

  • Bank transfer

Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Services will not be delivered until payment has been received in full.

5. Booking, Cancellations & Rescheduling

5.1 Booking

When booking a service, you may be required to:

  • Complete a booking form

  • Submit an intake questionnaire

  • Complete payment (where required upfront)

A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from SD Strategy Lab.

5.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session are fully refundable.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session are non-refundable.

  • One reschedule is permitted if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session ("no-show") is considered a delivered service and is non-refundable.

5.3 Late Arrival

If you arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

6. Refund Policy & Digital Content

Due to the nature of consulting and advisory services:

  • Completed consulting sessions, workshops, audits, and delivered services are non-refundable.

  • Digital products, templates, documents, and resources are non-refundable once delivery has occurred.

  • Refunds may be issued only in cases of technical error, system malfunction, or duplicate payment.

By purchasing digital content or services and agreeing to immediate delivery, you expressly acknowledge and waive your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.

7. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information

  • Complete required forms, questionnaires, or documentation as requested

  • Communicate respectfully and professionally

  • Implement any recommendations at your own discretion and responsibility

SD Strategy Lab is not responsible for delays or outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or late client information.

8. Results Disclaimer

SD Strategy Lab provides strategic and advisory guidance only.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, financial results, revenue growth, or business performance. Results may vary based on implementation, market conditions, budget, internal operations, and external factors beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by SD Strategy Lab, including but not limited to strategies, reports, templates, frameworks, presentations, videos, and written content, remain the intellectual property of SD Strategy Lab.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, license, copy, or distribute materials

  • Use materials to create competing products or services

  • Represent materials as your own work

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use materials solely for your own internal business purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SD Strategy Lab shall not be liable for:

  • Business losses, loss of revenue, profits, or data

  • Decisions made based on consulting or advisory services

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Technical issues, service interruptions, or third-party platform failures

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant service.

11. Third-Party Tools & Services

We may use third-party tools and platforms, including but not limited to:

  • Wix

  • Calendly

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

  • Google Workspace

  • Notion

We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or functionality of third-party services.

12. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except:

  • With your written consent

  • When required by law or legal authority

  • To trusted service providers under confidentiality obligations

13. Data Protection & Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Heraklion, Crete, Greece, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

15. Modifications to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page and will apply from the date of publication.
