The pricing system is now live (rate fences, seasons, LOS rules + pickup tracking). KPI impact is being measured over the first 30–90 days to account for booking windows and seasonality.

  • Net RevPAR uplift: tracking change after commissions (%)

  • Direct share: tracking mix shift vs OTA (%)

  • Cancellation rate: tracking reduction by rate plan (%)
